Useful Definitions
Days: An estimate of the number of working days. These are best estimates as provided by the shippers. We are not able to guarantee delivery within those number of days.
"Insured" or "Insured Expedited": Means that the shipping package is insured for the declared shipment value, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the insurer when you select "Insured" or "Insured Expedited". This is included in the price of the shipping package you have selected. For information on "Insured Flat Rate", please see below.
Order Date: Means the date that your order is placed, and your payment is made.
Shipment Date: Means the date that your order is shipped from our warehouse.
Insured Flat Rate Information
2kg: You can ship up to 8 shaft packages.
5kg: You can ship up to 20 shaft packages.
When you select this shipment option, insurance will be in accordance the carrier's and insurer's terms and conditions, including inter alia, their compensation limits, and processes.

Self Collection: We will hold your delivery at our retail outlet at Sembawang Country Club for 30 days from your Order Date
